Here's some photos of my latest hall that I picked up from my dealer on Friday;-

Model 28-2 / Serial Number N544290
Model 59 / Serial Number A263311
Model 629 No Dash / Serial Number N779722

Question; What sort of Target Stocks should have come with the 629 No Dash? Football Targets or Speedloader Targets?

Also, can anyone help me with the shipping dates for these Handguns? None of these came with boxes and my 4th Ed Standard Catalog is currently in storage pending moving.

Thanks for looking.

(Mr Moderator - as this thread contains both Revolvers and a Semi-auto, I've listed it in The Lounge").

According to SCSW 4, the grips on the 629 ND should be "oversized checked Goncalo Alves grips with silver medallions" (p.306). In 1978-80, those would have been the ones with the football cut. By 1981, the grips had the full speedloader cut-out. I would guess your 629 came with football cut, as the N-frames were the last to switch over to the full cut-out (1981, according to the book).
