I got one like that a few months ago. I don't usually respond to SPAM, but this I replied " No, but I would consider a straight across trade for a similar house in northern Arizona. What do you have?".
That’s the date I turn 65, so technically I can retire. I’ll probably continue working for awhile since I’ve effectively put away the tools now. Mainly I’m working remotely, doing tech support and helping build an apprenticeship program to train the next generation of chiller mechanics. The rental chiller business is absolutely exploding now that we are supporting all of these AI data centers. Having to rely on Trane, JCI, and Daikin to service and repair them makes for a full time job just coordinating everything.

I've been getting that one, too. The scary thing is that the sender's address is always "amazon.com", which gives it an air of authenticity that other spam messages don't have with their obvious incorrect addresses. The first time I got that message, I opened up a new tab on my browser and checked my Amazon account for warning messages. There were none. What I did not do (and neither should any of you), was click on the links in the suspected spam message. Even if a message "looks" legitimate, always check by going directly to the website instead of clicking on the links in the message.

When I get the sell your house call, I always respond with "Absolutely for $2 million cash nothing less", they usually can't get off the phone fast enough.
I got a phone call similar to that. They asked if I was interested in selling my house. I said yes and the amount was $5.5 million in cash or the deal was off. He mumbled something and hung up. Haven't had one of those calls since. Sometimes it's good to screw with scammers.
I get 'em all the time. Sometimes half a dozen a day! I use the "Block" and "Report Spam" options, but it doesn't help...they just come back with a slightly different approach and they're back. All you can do is either change your email & phone number or be diligent and patient. I tried that "Cloaked" app. Didn't do squat. Let me know if you find a real solution. I'm ready to try anything.
