I recently had Albert at LaTour Custom Holsters make me a holster for my shield with the Lasermax. The fit and definition is wonderful. It comes with an adjustable clip to adjust cant or leave it straight. It also has adjustability on the holster tension. The best part is that he had it ready for me in a few days and I had it by the end of the week. Here are some pics:

The shield with lasermax, Truglo sights and a trigger job done by me, its an incredible 4.5# pull, with a Apex hard sear and polished striker block with a changed geometry. It feels like a 1911 trigger. A light take up and then a clean, crisp break that is so predictable everytime.

looks great. How long was the lead time from when you placed your order? How does it feel wearing it for a long period of time?

From the day I placed the order it took about 4 days. It feels great and reholstering is great and fast. I would highly recommend him, he also has a hybrid holster for the shield and one for the shield with the lasermax. I had ordered a holster like this one from multiholsters, but its been over a month and a half, and I still hasn't shipped. I am gonna compare the two when I get it.

How does the Lasermax on/off button work? Is it like a toggle type (push in on one side and the other side pops out, with the center being the off position)? Also does it have an auto-off timer on it if you leave it on by accident? Just curious?

Al does great work. His holsters are super comfortable and fit is perfect. I have his hybrid for the shield and its my favorite holster. Al is a great guy to work with.

I have one on my Shield 40. Just like you asked, you push in one side and the other side pops out. Center is off. No auto-off.

I second that, he does wonderful work. His holsters are soon becoming my favorites as well. The quality and workmanship are second to none. Coupled with fast turn around, its a no brainer. What is great about this holster is that you can also adjust cant.

Is that model shown in your photos tuckable? It really looks nice.

I ordered a tuckable Kydex from another vendor that I'm still waiting on. It's now been 12 weeks, and when I placed my order I was told "5-6 weeks to ship." When I emailed in week 6 or 7, I was told "4 more weeks" with no apology or explanation. I requested another update today. Depending on the answer I get, it may be time to find an alternative and cancel my order.

Sorry to necro post... but this thread inspired me to make an order.

So I ordered a CF (Boltaron) finish in an OWB, as opposed to the above seen IWB with sweat shield the OP has, that will also hold a Lasermax.

It will look like this BUT have the added Lasermax ability like the OP has:

If the day ever comes where we can have CCW in CA, I will get the IWB like the OP has.
