Leather vs Kydex Holster for Shield?

I am in an office environment where I can carry. Do you guys prefer a leather or kydex holster for IWB conceal carry? What is a fair price to pay for a leather and/or kydex holster for the Shield?

This will be my 1st conceal carry holster. And I found a place that will custom make a kydex holster for the shield; and I can get it made so that the holster can cover the trigger guard and cover the handle/slide near the skin.

I wouldn't think you'd want an iwb holster that's kydex only. Sounds perty uncomfortable. I have kydex outer layer with leather against the skin. Look up Crossbreed holsters. They have a super tuck deluxe that's great for all day iwb carry.
