i carry my 3" M-317 and my 3" M-60 in the same holster (at different times LoL) maybe something listed for the 60 would do for you.

You didn't give the barrel lenth but a Model 36/60 J Frame holster should work just fine for the M317 if the barrel lenth is correct..
Also are you looking for Leather, Kydex etc??

gressang, I've got a paddle holster made from Kydex for my J-frames and it is for a lefty. It'll probably work for a 317 as well.

My fav LH Paddle for a 2" J frame is my Don Hume H720. There's prolly a 3" avail.
