Left handed grips for Model 41

I've started looking for a Model 41. Being that I shoot left handed I will need to find some grips.

What are some good quality left handed, not ambi, grips for a 41?

I shoot my 41 in bullseye competition and have Rink (German manufactured) grips and highly recommend them. I believe they are available for left hand use.

Since only 12% (approximately) of the world's population is left-handed, you'll probably have to have left-handed stocks custom made. That said, I shoot my M41 both right and left handed and it feels just as comfortable in my left hand as in my right (and I'm strongly right-handed) with the factory stocks. I still shoot better right handed, though. My left-handed younger daughter can shoot better than I can with most any of my guns, which all have their factory (ambidextrous) stocks. The only thing that gives her any trouble is the slight cast on my shotgun stocks.

Seems to me that the thumbrest is on both sides so it doesn't seem like the stock grips would favor right handed shooters.

The factory grips are very comfortable for a left handed shooter being nearly ambidextrous but are slightly biased towards a right hand use. I put a pair of Rink Formgriffe's on one my model 41's just for fun. They would be useless for a right hand shooter but they fit me very well.

Left handed grips show up on ebay every now and then. Usually a little cheaper than right handed grips.

Model 41 with dovetail for rear sight

In my search for a 41 I see some that have a dovetail for the rear sight. How do I differentate searchs to find those?

Clark used to have custom grips for the 41. They are excellent for work on the 41.
I would suggest you get your 41 and shoot it before you make a lot of mods, they are wicked accurate in stock form. I need to buy one again, but I want one old enough to have the cocking indicator.
