I went back to the local gun shop this morning and got the info on several revolvers that he bought from a retired Cleveland PD officer. If I'm allowed to post the name of the shop & their phone number I will if anyone is interested.
Lew Horton Model 625-4, 3" barrel, .45 caliber, Model of 1989
Lew Horton Model 625-3, 5" barrel, .45 caliber, Model of 1989
I believe both of these are .45 ACP due to the shorter cylinder.
Model 610, 5" barrel, round butt
He does not have them priced yet as he trying to find out what they are going for.
He also got a 4" Model 16-4 from the guy, but I bought it, so it's not for sale.
As I was waiting for the paperwork to get done, I'm looking at the gun and thinking something is not right, as it should have the square butt finger groove combat stocks on it. I look closer and see that the stocks do not fit correctly, and then it dawns on me.
Those are N frame stocks on the K frame, and not only that, they are diamond, football cutout stocks of either rosewood or a very nice, dark Goncalo Alves wood, and they are nearly perfect. I have no idea of value at this time, but I will more than likely put them up for sale soon, along with a couple sets of diamond target K frame stocks, one pair with no cutout and one pair with the cutout.
