Lew Horton question

I have a friend who purchased a 44 mag. He contacted S & W and they confirmed it was sent to Lew Horton. Now that he has confirmation it is a Lew Horton. He is wanting to know exactly what type of grips came on this gun.

I suspected it came with wood grips. How does he go about finding out exactly what type of grip came on this gun?

Where would he buy such grip if they came with different grips?
Same questions for the box as well.

Try contacting Lew Horton. Did he get the production number from S&W? That would help in identifying the exact features that came with the gun.
