How is Liberty Safe warranty and customer service?

I'm considering buying a Lincoln safe. Will I run into any issues with their warranty and CS? Is the lifetime warranty truly lifetime?

I had a small one for nearly 30 years. They had promised when I got around to trading it in, they would give me "at least" what I paid for it in trade.

In actuality, they did better than that, I got about 30% MORE on my trade in.

Can't say about the service. Never needed anything.
