Here's my L'il and Big Brother S&Ws posing for a family pix.
On the left is my Mdl 63-4 .22 with the heavy 5" barrel. I really like the heavy profile better than the skinny 4" barrel that's on my Mdl 63 in .32 H&R Mag (it's the other brother, who is not shown). I'd posted about this 5" .22 several years ago after I'd added the "3 Ts" to it -- a target hammer, target trigger and target grips. It's fun to carry and shoot.
On the right is the Mdl 66-2 .357 that I just picked up for a nice price. I replaced the hard rubber (gee, I thought they were supposed to be "soft"?) Pachmyer grips that were on it and dressed it up a little. I've already replaced the stainless hammer with a case-colored version (just because that's what I prefer) and the trigger is due to be replaced soon too -- but I'll start a separate posting about that due to a fitting issue.
Oh, you can tell that I like Altamont grips too.
The neat L'il brother J frame with its 5" barrel is basically a down-sized 85% version of the K frame .357, and is a constant companion in the Maine woods.
Tight groups!
