LimbSaver Snap-On Recoil Pad for 6-Position Adjustable Stocks

I’m not particularly bothered by recoil but the metal end of my M&P 10 Sport stock was absolutely brutal. I was starting to hate shooting this rifle as the recoil was so harsh and from the bench it hit at an odd spot on my shoulder pocket.

For the benefit of anyone who has the same issue and might be considering the LimbSaver Snap-On Recoil Pad for 6-Position Adjustable Stocks, this is the best $40 firearms related purchase I’ve ever made. The Limbsaver made recoil very tolerable and the M&P10 Sport a joy to shoot.

I swapped my but stock for one that has a rubber pad on it. Not that the recoil is bad on the rifle but with the rubber pad, it does make shooting more comfortable.

I use a slip on Limb Saver when shooting a lot of rounds thru my 7mm mag rifle. Also use it on my garand 30-06 when shooting many rounds.

I’m surprised at the difference it made. And mad at myself for not buying it sooner. LOL

my son bought a 450 bushmater on the a-r frame, one of the most brutal guns I ever shot off a bench. I could not believe the difference the limb-saver slip-on pad made. now I can make it though a 10 mag.

That's encouraging, I just purchased one from Wilson Combat, for my Tactical Hunter which is fairly light. I haven't been out to the range with it, but I bought one for a Husqvarna 30-06 that is similarly punishing to your rifle, made an amazing change in little "butt kicker"!

The LimbSaver snap on pad is amazing and I've recently shot some of my best groups ever since its addition!
