This reported from the "Guns America" Digest. I learned of this new offering from Ruger. With co-operation from Lipsey's Ruger will begin producing it's LCR again chambered for the .32 H&R Magnum.
I also just learned that Ruger still makes the LCR chambered in .327 Magnum so the only difference in the Lipsey and the Standard LCR will be the Bronze color and with one less caliber possibility. Now I'm questioning the advantage of the Lipsey as compared to the Standard LCR? Any ideas or comments are welcome and thank you!

The color and the lighter weight of the Lipsey due to it being 32 H&R is the only difference that I can see. The Non-Lipsey is .327 Magnum which is the cause for it being heavier.

I enjoy the standard Ruger LCR as I hand load and from time to time like to go a little heavier than standard 32 H&R. However, I really do not like to shoot any 327 Magnum in this size gun.

I am a fanboy of High Desert and Lost River 32 H&R Magnum wadcutters. The Lipsey or standard Ruger with the XS non tritium sight calibrated for the 32 LCR and a Hamre Forge grip would get you a fantastic carry revolver. The lighter weight Lipsey would give an all day carry advantage while the std. Ruger would give an all day at the range shooting advantage because of the little extra weight with recoil.

I haven't shot one, but have been told that the 327 in the LCR is a recoiling beast.
