I installed a Brownells spring kit (mainspring and a 13lb rebound) in my 325PD Great trigger but Im now getting light primer hits.
Does the light hits come from the mainspring or the rebound????

I replaced the factory mainspring and it helped a little with the light hits but now the trigger sucks again.
Should I reinstall the Brownells main spring and try a heavier rebound spring?

The main spring is what powers the hammer forward. The rebound spring is what drives the trigger to return and reset the action. I would suggest some light stoning on the rebound slide, the 13 lbs. rebound spring, the stock mainspring, AND the extended firing pin.

I've seen so many reports of light strikes with the 625 and 325 chambered in the 45ACP that in my opinion the extended firing pin in these guns should be an automatic upgrade.

I also won't use a lighter mainspring in my guns. Simple practice has worked quite well for me in learning how to shoot well with a heavy trigger.

If you are talking about the Wolfe "power rib" mainspring, they are known for producing light strikes. When I used one, I added a 0.005" shim between the strain screw tip and the spring body to increase spring preload. The light strikes went away.
There are several ways to reduce trigger pull on S&W revolvers. The Wolfe power rib is not the best, IMO.
