Those are BII frames with Smith&Wesson slides and components. They were frames made by a California company, Boles Industries Inc., during the seventies, if you do a search for BII model 39ss you will find info about them.....I have two of their unfinished frames, one of which i'm currently working on....they are stainless steel and have a very Colt 1911 like trigger guard.....
