Twenty-five days ago I attempted to update the expiration date on a CC on file, got an error several times, then locked out. It's under a manual review which the message said it may take up to 48 hours. I update the case email every two days with no response from them other than the automated response. I can't even get into the GB forum, that's why I'm here. Any ideas how I can contact them?

I think this has been discussed before. Not your specific issue, but contacting GunBroker in general. I clicked around for a while and couldn't find an address, phone number, or email. Only way I saw to contact them was submitting an online request, which I assume you have to be logged in the site to accomplish. My only suggestion is to search this forum for help with Gun Broker.

Sorry I was no help. Maybe others who use GunBroker a lot more than I do will be along. Good Luck . . .

Staff is probably so busy tying up loose ends for the sale that they aren't taking care of current business.

Perhaps you have a browser security setting or extension that precludes you making the update. Been there, done that.

Gunbroker problems

I have had very bad experience wit Gun broker over last month.
I purchased a gun and transaction was not completed. Many attempts to get Gunbroker to help have failed. They are totally unresponsive over a period of 6 weeks.
I will not use them again until they help me resolve this issue.

I sold a gun on GB last November - I asked a question regarding my listing via their online system during the listing period. They never responded.

Gun sold, transaction completed and fees paid via my credit card.

Flash forward to February 2021 - out of nowhere I received a canned answer to the question I asked 4 months ago.

A few days afterwards they sent me a customer service questionaire.

I think they're owned by the Feds....

In that case they also own Proxibid. I asked a question about why an auction listing went AWOL just days after the sale finished. I needed contact information for the auction house to sned my shipping info. Got the info another way, and weeks later Proxibid sent me a non-answer.

Another week went by with no response. I was considering just setting up another account but part of their user agreement is that you can only have one user ID. I have some reloading components and such that are prohibited on eBay so what other platforms do you use for such items?

They gotta be busy.......

...like everybody else they are probably swamped. But with some of the other comments here they may have gone to mud like everything else.

The last time I dealt with them was August buying a mod 10 for my wife. Transaction went fine, gun is great.

Just today I got a 'How was your recent transaction?' poll from them. I had to think. Last August? They are a bit behind aren't they/

Last week I tried to list a rifle for sale. Got down to the very end of the process and all the input was lost into cyber wherever. Sort of peeved me so I decide to hang on to the rifle a while longer.
A couple of friends have ben listing and selling several items without problem. Go figure.

They seem to be in disarray, probably due to them being purchased, but they are on top of what you were looking at to bid on and send reminders. I have moved on to looking at online auctions nationwide with a low buyers premium, just more work searching for what you are looking for.

Ive sold 4 handguns in last two weeks on GB and have 2 accessory auctions ongoing. No problems so far..but I haven't needed to contact them. I do know their customer service is very lacking due to prior events that I needed their help...but I try not to be on the needy end with them. I didn't know the company was being sold. Hmm..

Recently I was on the buying-end of a GB scam seller. I was fortunate to see red flags the same night and after interaction with the seller backed out. Within a few hours I was notified by GB that the seller was a scam, instructed not to transfer any funds, and advised that the seller was banned from GB.
I have no complaints with them, and I am sorry some folks are entering the Frustration Zone.....
