Been waiting patiently. Going to be a binge weekend. If it is the last season we will be able to leave Netflix so all is not a loss.

Do leave too quickly! Check Netflix out closely, they have added a lot of programing in the last year or so. There truly is a lot of great stuff on there now!

Widely rumored to be the last season. And ditto on House of Cards. Ditto on keeping Netflix. Lots of great programming on there. When 400+ channels of cable don't have anything to watch there is always Netflix.

Okay this thread has stirred up a hornets nest on the Longmire posse. My wife asked them after I told her and none know about this being the last season. One person said Robert Taylor has not heard anything and is ready to keep going.
Hope this "last season" stuff is just a rumor.
We do like netflix but all the shows we like are still to be released on Netflix for the next season. We pay for Netflix, Acorn, and Amazon (because we have Amazon prime). All have great shows; just not enough of them.

Accidently fell into the Longmire series, and I am glad a new season will begin on Sept 23. The last episode sort of begged for another season, now I won't be left hanging!

Best series I've seen in a long time! My daughter begged me to watch it for over a year. One slow weekend the wife and I watched the first episode and were hooked. I'd never before "binge watched" TV.
Can't wait to see the new series.
