I've bought a handful of guns from Gunbuyer, one was the M&P22Compact, actually. Smooth transactions, sometimes shipping was actually slow due to inter-warehouse shipping, but nothing to be mad about.

If you're not in absolute rush to buy, definitely keep an eye on Palmetto. They've had them for $249.99 several times, and probably will again.

Suggest if you get a M&P 22 Compact Mod 10199 - check to see the brake/silencer attachment can be unscrewed (necessary to pull slide). Had to send mine back to factory to get it loosened so I could remove it to pull the slide for cleaning.

That's interesting, one would think that a wrench would be supplied with the gun.

I'm not sure if mine was $249.00 or 269.00 but I don't know if you'll see that price again UNLESS you want to take a shot (pun intended lol) and wait for black friday deals, don't forget you have an election coming up, never know if the "panic" buying will start again.

Tsb3 - comes with wrench. Wrench broke. Not an uncommon problem on this model. Several similar reports on here or RFC.
