I have read for years the best way to fix loose grips on a DA revolver was to use epoxy to fill up the slack area and Johnson Paste Wax on the adjacent metal areas to prevent sticking. Well, I finally had need to do this on a used set of Esmeralda's J Frame grips I bought for a song. The problem was that the previous owner used a Dremel to remove wood to fit them to his gun. Long story short, they rocked forward from recoil after a few shots on my gun and this aggravated the Hell out of me. I did this trick today and it worked like a charm!!
