Pet's are a part of the family that give love and receive love from us.
It's hard to lose a pet family member but take comfort that you provided for him and loved him while he was with you.

I hate these strings, for many reasons. My condolences.

The best tribute to a good dog and the gap left is to seek out and find a successor, who needs you as much as you need him or her.
