I love my model 58 so much ...

I made it my Avatar ...

You will enjoy shooting it even more ...

Save your brass and reload ... one of the easiest rounds to load for !

It's a Sweetheart , all the way around !

Congratulations ... Nice score , Enjoy the Ride

I gave my reloading dies to a close friend.
He has loaded close to 800 rounds for me so I will most certainly save my brass.
What an awesome hand gun.
Oh, I mean hole puncher. lol

My friend loves to reload, I never have so I just save my brass and give them back to him and he reloads them. :)

Here's what he loaded 700 rounds with.

These two look pretty old to me but I have no idea how old.

I have 4 speed loaders.

I love this gun. :D

Love for the S&W Model 58 M&P .41 Magnum

I love the .41 magnum and the 58 is a really cool gun. I had been looking for one of the SFPD guns for quite some time (no luck thus far). In any case I have a couple of nice ones, the blue '65 shooter is my favorite of the two. The hammer was bobbed before I got it, as was the action job. Very smooth! The nickel is an N prefix.

A very professional job imo!

Wow, those Cokes have some awesome grain! Some of the nicest I've ever seen!

Lost, I've been lost for some time now.
Life has tossed me a few curves in the last couple of years.

It sure is a beautiful handgun. ;)

I'm sorry to hear that, Kenny. Keep your head up and I know you'll hit it outta the park! YOU GOT THIS!

You're right, that is a beautiful handgun. You are the gun cleaning Godfather! Nobody does it better.

I bought this model 58 back in 1966 NIB with box of shells thrown in for $81.00. Back then a model 19 retailed for $125.00.
Bill and Elmer were extolling the virtues of the 41 magnum cartridge and I heartily agree.
I carried it as my LEO sidearm for 13 years.
It met every need that came up and got me home from several serious social encounters.
There are two notches in the frame hidden by the home made PC target stocks.
That gun will go to my son when I go toes up.

Thank you.

My brother carried .357 Magnums up until he switched to a 1911 45
