ok, i contacted LSG MFG as recommended by phone. talked to Frank, i guess. he told me to send an email detailing my problem and contact info, which I did. no response by email and when i tried to call back, phone number is now non-working. sent S&W an email and still no response. what am I doing wrong? i would think 1 week would be an appropriate amount of time to wait for a response. anyone else had this issue? and what should be my next step?

Hmm, I was just about to contact them about my some warranty work on my Sigma, Glad I saw this post, Guess I'll wait to see how this plays out first..

I had no issues with them. I would send the email again. Sometimes thing get in a junk or spam box on accident.

I sent S/W an e mail the other night concerning warranty. They e mailed me back with in hours.

just an update. still no word from LSG. sent another email and tried to call again. phone still not working. S&W however is sending me a shipping label and said they would take care of any problems with all Sigma's.
