Does anyone on here have/use the Lyman Brass Smith 8-Station Turret Press? If so what's your thoughts about it? I'm thinking about getting this Lyman press kit. Midway has the kit for $319.99. I've read the review
Thanks!

Back in the 1970s I bought the original, 4 station, Lyman All American turret press and I am waiting for it to wear out. :)

If the 8 station is built with the same demands in mind, it will serve you just fine

After using Lyman products for 4+ decades, I find it difficult to believe that they would design a product that would be less than outstanding

I just got an email ad from Midsouth that shows the Lyman Brass Smith on sale for $192.99. Looks like it comes with both the straight line primer feed and large and small primer tubes.

They are also showing a Redding T7 for sale with an 8 station head too, for $286.99. Evidently Redding has done an upgrade from 7 stations to 8 on the T7, if the ad isn't a mistake.

EDIT: I think that Midsouth made a mistake on the T7, as it looks like the tool heads still have just 7 stations. Also, I went to MidwayUSA and their price on the Lyman is really good. The press itself is $159.99, which is $30+ cheaper than Midsouth.
