My M-41 A series was bought in 1984. It came with the short heavy barrel, but I've been shooting it with a 7 3/8". That barrel no longer locks up tightly. The heavy barrel locks up tightly and so doews the short field barrel.
How do you "tighten up" barrel and frame? Does the barrel lug need to be built up? I really don't want to send it out of town.
