M-65 sight rework question

Does anyone have pictures of a fixed sight revolver that they had the front sight milled off and another one dovetailed in.

I thought I had seen this done before on custom "carry packages."

The stainless on stainless fixed sights are tough to pick up.
I'm thinking of doing this to a 65 if I can find a gunsmith in WV I can trust.
