M and P 15-22 Performance Center Price

What's the going rate for a 15-22 Performance Center AR? I have been wanting to get one and a friend offered me his. It's in great condition and comes with a flashlight, Firefield scope w a laser, front hand guard, and a tripod. All of course mounted on the rails. Not much else I could do to it, except get down to the range and let loose. Oh, and (3) 10 round mags and a midway case. Do they make a 15 round for Jersey?

There are no commercial 15-round magazines. You need to take a 10-round restricter from from tactical22 and shorten it to allow 15 rounds.
