It seems in the evolution of trends and marketing, that S&W would eventually produce a 2.0 Metal frame M&P 10mm full size and compact model, in the same configuration as the 9mm Competitor only with a shorter slide and barrel. I realize that there are tons of reviews and opinions between metal and polymer, and nothing against polymer, I like them both, but I'm hoping they will eventually offer a 10mm Metal in full size and compact, and with the thumb safety option. I just really favor a metal frame, especially as light weight as they become.
