M&P 15-22 in Camo - Are they shipping?

Back in March I put a deposit down on a M&P 15-22 in Camo (#811046) at a gun shop here in Ohio. Nearly three months later and I still don't have one.

My dealer claims they have had them on order since February and checked with his distributors and was told that they're not shipping.

My question is, has anyone seen one or heard if there is a problem producing them?

I bought mine locally in real tree camo for $460 OTD a few weeks ago. It only comes with a single 10 round mag but got a 25 rounder included in the deal.
I just got back from a local Tactical rifle match today ran about 230 rounds through it flawlessly. To date it has about 1200 rounds with only one single FTF. I've since changed the sights to Magpul MBUS and added a Vortex Strikefire red dot.

I called shops within a 3 hour(one way) drive looking for a camo one. Nobody had one. One shop called 3 of their top distributors, and could not come up with one. The shop told me that I could put in an order, but they could not get a time for delivery. I went with black.

Now I am considering this...
