M&P 15-22

Could someone please tell me if my M&P 12-22 is a Picatinny or a Weaver rail.

If you mean the 15-22 its a standard picatinny rail.

Picatinny and Weaver Rails have the SAME PROFILE. Picatinny rails are a military standard with specific spacing. Weaver rail spacing can vary. For the most part, weaver accessories will usually fit on a picatinny rail but picatinny accessories will often NOT fit on a weaver rail. FWIW.
