M&P-15 Pistol

I know this is a pistol, but maybe this is better suited question for the rifle forum, but I’ll give it a shot.

Does anyone know if this pistol grip on this pistol is sold anywhere? Is it universal to fit other AR lowers? Anyone have any information on them?

It may be custom made for S&W. It's kind of similar to a Fab Defense Gradus grip, but isn't exactly the same. Yes, it is likely to be interchangeable with other AR grips. They are pretty universal.
