Wow!! Thats a great price. I gave $1,050 a month ago at my LGS and thought that was a good price.

I went to Gander Mountain today to have a fondling session with the 15T. Ohhh boy I may have to budget one of these in here soon. I liked it alot. If it came in FDE i think it would have come home. Although they did want $1400 for it. OUCH! This $899 looks great after that tag shock. Maybe Ill go shoot the 15-22 tonight and try to curve my craving.

Hayden.

I've found GM to be on the high side of things, weapon wise. Maybe due to the overhead. The stores are nice, but I don't feel the need to pay for it. i can get the same weapon, ammo, etc from a well stocked local LGS and not feeling any less for spending $$$ and helping out the local guy.

That's dangerous. When you have 5.56 on the brain, the 15-22 might fuel the craving, not cure it. Give in, you'll feel a lot better growing the family.

This may have been the old model 15T with sku 811001, it has a suggested retail of $1709. I doubt GM would sell the newer 15T sku 811041 for more than it's suggested retail of $1159, unless it was a pricing mistake.

I looked at a 15T today at my LGS and they were selling It for $1,199.00 and they said they wouldn't take a nickel cheaper, after I asked them If i payed cash would they knock a few bucks off, they said they throw me a box of 20 223. rounds, WOW big deal 10 bucks worth of ammo!! The gun shops here In Michigan don't budge much on there prices, If any!!:(

Wow. I can't imagine it selling for more than MSRP. I was at a gun show in Hickory, NC last week where three or four dealers had them for $975 - $1,000.

I got my 15T a week ago for $1350, but its the original 811001 which runs $1700ish msrp, as someone said above. I know its got different sights than the 41 model (troy vs magpul), a different barrel (1-9 vs 1-8 5R). I think its got a different forend too, but the guy at my gun shop thought it was the same. He was constantly getting things mixed up between models though, for what that's worth.

Ohhhhh, I just got schooled. I didnt know there was an Old & New model. Is this a case of " The older model is better than the Newer Model"? Or vise verse a ? Whats the difference between the 2?

Hayden.

IMHO
The older model had way more expensive sights and the new model has a way more accurate barrel. But I own a Sport what do I know!! LOL
