New Smith and Wesson pistol owner here. Are the sites on the M&P 2.0 9mm full size and compact adjustable or do you need to replace the sites with aftermarket? I see the rear sites appear to be adjustable up and down but thats it.

The rear sight is windage adjustable. The screw you see is a set screw. Make sure you loosen it before you drift the sight over. Elevation changes require changing the sights.

The M&Ps use the "combat sight" picture (you cover the target with the front sight). If you want to change to a different sight picture, or Zero at some other distance, you can change the front sight height. Dawson Precision makes sights at varying heights to fine tune your zero.

I've seen different ammo (different bullet weight and/or different brand) shoot to a different point of impact. Could try different ammo to see where the holes move to on the paper.
