Thinking about a full sized M&P 9mm 2.0 and wondered what a good price would be? I checked 1 LGS and he is around $550.

I paid $450 out the door for mine. Prices do seem to vary based off of geography so I'm not sure what a fair price is in your area.

Got mine for 450, originally listed at 499. Like Ray said, probably varies by region and demand.

Prices change. I got my 5inch FDE online from Sportsman's Outdoor Superstore. $450 with FFL. No tax, no shipping. You'll have to check for yourself to see what the price is now. MRSP is $599.

Tombstone Tactical has the LE model with thumb safety (# 11646) for $460. The extra cost is minimal for a third magazine and night sights.

Ahh, the joys of living in a free state! Here in CA they are not on the roster, so the only ones available are from private sellers that were somehow exempt. That basically means the price is whatever they want. I saw one listed for over $1K.
