I got some insider info from a big birdie yesterday. S&W is putting two different offers on the new M&P 2.0 pistols for July!

Those of us who live in states without silly magazine and ammunition laws will get two extra magazines and two boxes of Hornady Critical Defense Ammo.

Buyers living in the repressed states will get a $75 rebate.

Now, if I can scrape up the cash! I really want to get a 9MM 2.0 no safety model!

Nice.... I guess I will be buying the 2.0 M&P.45 then. Great incentive!

I would rather have the $75 cash rebate than the magazines. and ammo. I don't use Hornady ammo and the mags I can get in bulk for $16.50 a pop.... but still nice that it includes all the regular M&P guns.

Bummer, I just bought 1 yesterday, I like the feel. Hornady Critical Defense 115 gr is what I had already decided to run through mine. Why because this load is the closest in design to a full metal jacket, but is a hollow point. I will polish the ramp though, MAKE IT SLICK. Talked to Apex. They just showed their new improvements for the M2.0 at the big gun show in CA. New stuff will be out in a couple months. This will me my new daily carry pistol-a.

I have a question, I just recently ordered a M&P 2.0 from an online retailer but the order hasn't been processed yet, when doing these rebates do they go by when the order is made or when the order has been processed and paid for?

I think it is from the moment you place the order, that's the date that should be stamped on the receipt. I would try to cancel it and place a new one in a few days.

I wish i could, I ordered from Sportsman's Outdoor Superstore and they don't have a cancel order feature on their site and it takes them days to reply to an email, I'm still waiting on replies from a few days ago. I also tried to call them Friday a couple times but they never answered.

Call them. I ordered my shield .45 from SOS on March 31st. Then I found out the rebate for it started April 1st. I called them and they kindly changed my order date to April 1. They may not do it if there's too great of a span in the days, but if it's slow in processing they might.

Where do you get the magazines for $16.50?

When I order firearms from GrabAGun.com they always date the receipt for the day it was shipped. I was told that even though it's in stock, it very well could not be. So, it only takes them a day or 2 to get new inventory. YMMV.

Sign me up for an M2.0 in a .40 with no safety. Night sights if they offer it from the factory. Otherwise, I will add them as soon as I get it home.

I'm a newbie to this forum, but I just ordered a new M&P 9 gen 2 from Kentucky gun company for 409.99 delivered and you get the new S&W summer rebate, which is 2 boxes of hornady, 2 mags and a Caldwell mag loader. What a great deal to celebrate the 4th!

You're right on that, I went into my local Sportsman's Warehouse on the Wednesday before the end of the rebate program and they said the date on the receipt would be the day I picked it up and if the background check through the Sheriff took longer than Friday's end date I'd lose out on the $75.
