M&P 22lr pistol barrel lengths

Looking at ordering one of these, and came across two different barrel lengths.
I came across a used one that is listed as a 4.1" barrel length, which was listed that way on the end of the factory box.
All the new ones I came across are listed as "compact" with a 3.6" barrel.
The Smith Wesson website only lists the compact.
Did Smith originally have a full size with a 4.1" barrel, now discontinued ?

Mine was actually built by Walther but branded as S&W. No idea why it’s been dropped from the catalog.

Yes, the only model currently made is the Compact.

I’ve had one of the Walther made 4.1 inch “full sized” M&P 22s for about a dozen years. It’s been a great pistol. It likes a bit higher velocity ammo.
