I'm thinking about getting (eventually) something in the way of a compact .357 Sig and I like that the little M & P compact has one more round than the Glock's subcompact. I was wondering if anyone has a subcompact .357 Sig M & P and what the trigger pull is like on one (weight) I know Glock's factory trigger is 5.5 pounds.

The trigger was not bad, just didn't have a clear re-set. I had big time problems with the barrel; the chamber was not correct and the rounds would seat too deeply and many times the gun would not fire. S&W looked at the gun, and returned it to me with a new barrel. It still did the same thing. I got rid of it and went back to the Glock.

I've had my M&P357Sig about two years and it is my Everyday Carry weapon with the Crimson Trace Lasergrip. I am very satisfied with mine and the trigger is fairly smooth. I couldn't tell you the pull weight but I also change out my barrel from time to time to the 40S&W and it works flawlessly also.
