I have a Safariland ALS Paddle Holster, 6378.
Haven't had any complaints. Comfortable, and functional...although may not be the best for concealment if that is what you are looking for.

MP 45c holsters

Most holsters for Glock 21/20 20/30 will fit an MP 45 or most MP's.
Try the gun in them to be sure. Serpa, Blade-tech make great holsters
