M&P 5.7 can size

Hey All, just bought a M&P 5.7 and was trying to get a solid recommendation for a proper can size. I’ve seen some folks using .22 cal cans and also .223 cans.
Thanks for your thoughts on the issue.

At .224 diameter, you can use either one but don't expect a whole lot of reduction in sound since the round is still supersonic.
