M&P 5" Pro question

I can't really tell, but is the only difference between these pistols is the 17 vs 10rd mags?

I'm not seeing the 10rd version listed on S&W website.

The guns are identical. Any full size M&P magazine will fit into any full size pistol.
This is done to meet arbitrary state laws on magazines, so don't expect it to be logical. Not the gun, not the ammo, but the empty 17 round magazine EVEN WITHOUT GUN OR AMMO, is deemed an assault weapon and carries a felony penalty in some states.
Ask how many magazines you get.

I guess I will find out when it comes in. Just would like to not have to worry about getting rid of a stupid magazine disconnect. Im not in a ban state (unless governor Mcdouchenozzle gets his way), but have plenty of 17rd mags, so the 10rd version is about $30-40 cheaper.

Nope, have no desire to run a reflex sight on a handgun. I have a 4.25" pro and wanted the 5" to compliment it.
