M&P 9mm FS Custom Build

Starting this thread to share with you guys the progress of my custom build M&P FS 9mm. I have several M&P and besides the Apex triggers they are generally stock so I decided I wanted to play with one of them a bit. I have lots more work to do but ultimately plan to have a nice semi custom gun when it is complete. The pics below is the very beginning of the project and something that a friend and I decided to do at 2:30AM this morning. Turned out pretty nice IMO.

Dawson Precision F/O Sights
Apex RAM (already has Comp AEK installed)





Will be going back on the mill tonight to face off the logos beneath the lightening on the slide.

I actually prefer the feel of the polymer trigger as that is what I have on all of my M&P's but I am really considering the new polymer AEK trigger from Apex.

New pics and updates of the build coming soon. My Cerakote guy is sending the slide back out tomorrow.

If you haven't tried the aluminum trigger, I highly recommend it. I didn't think I'd like it because it looked too squared off. Boy was I wrong. I love mine.

Thanks. I have had the magwell for some time now.

It is a +6 for 9mm and will allow 23 rounds. Works flawlessly so far with the stock spring.
