M&P 9mm

I just got my M&P 9mm with night sights for duty use. I noticed the two back dots are bright white with the green in the middle, but the front looks yellow with green in the middle. Has anyone else seen or heard of this? This is my first Smith and Wesson and I hope it is not a defect.

Did you get a Pro Series pistol?
I have a Pro Series that came with night sights. The outside rings are white on all my dots.

Try some degreaser or alcohol. It may just be discolored from the heavy oil they use for shipment.

That's correct. Your eyes will pick up the yellow against the green best.
