does anyone know if the barrels on the new m@p rilfes are chromed lined. i am talking the m@p 15.

I believe they have a chrome lined chamber on the 1x9 and sport ones. The 1x7 twist barrels and VTAC models have a chrome lined bore, as I recall.
9 times out of 10, all you want is the chamber chrome lined to eliminate extraction and corrosion issues that can affect reliability. I prefer NOT to have my bores chrome lined as it does impact accuracy, and I know how to clean my rifles well enough so that bore rust does not happen.

The sport is not chrome lined, its Melonite treated inside amd out and is 1:8 twist 5R rifling.
