Used my M&P Compact 9MM to qualify for my LEOSA certification today so I’m good for another year. Getting together at the local American Legion after the range to tell lies about how tough we used to be was the most fun.

These vary by state. In WA, we use the off-duty/BUG course. I don't find it challenging and I don't recall if the final shots are at 15 or 25. I try to do the course with multiple platforms (revolver, striker fired, 1911-ish) each time to show brand spectrum proficiency.
Twenty five yard line, six rounds in ten seconds.
