So, I was bored today & decided to add more to my versacarry shield 40 holster.... previously done was the second trigger guard. now I've added a sweat guard.

How do you like the Versacarry? I'm looking at one for a 1911 that I can't find a holster for and think this might fit the bill. How do you think it'd hold up with a FS 5" 10mm 1911? I only ask because that gun is quite a bit heavier than my Shields lol.

at the beginning I was uncomfortable & skeptical with it, but after a while of carrying it, I got used to it. The only problem I've came across is the bolt that holds the rod, with time it tends to come loose but its nothing some gorilla glue can't fix .

well got bit by the shield bug & went an picked up mine today, had to have a Ma. compliant one shipped from Pa., so after registration took it to the range & put some rounds threw it...LOVE IT

All work was done by ATEi (Except for the rear serrations on my full size. Which were done by another company and I wasn't happy with the outcome)

What is going on in the second pic? A double tap? A barrier with the muzzle flash behind the object?

What ammo is this? New "low muzzle flash" ammo?
