M&P sport?

I got a M&P 10 sport. I'm looking for a hand guard WITHOUT free floating the barrel right now. I'm wanting M Lok can someone point me the right way cause the store I got it from couldn't. How about a muzzle break and light weight trigger. Any help and knowledge on this gun I'll take. Thanks for the help.

What hand guard do I get? There difference lengths. I don't know what ones to get.
People dont really know much about these guns for some reason.
