M&P Style Single Stack

Hello,

Has S&W considered manufacturing a single stack 9mm M&P semi? Has Smith judged the market to be too saturated?

This would be a direct competitor for the CM9 and LC9.
I like the M&P series and would definitely purchase a single stack for better CCW.
