There are a number of people doing work on M&Ps. I have no experience with any of them personally but I have heard good things about Dan Burwell Gunsmithing.

I had Dan Burwell do my .45 and am extremely pleased with the results and service. Highly recommended.

The M&P is one of the easiest trigger jobs you can imagine, with a few basic tools and a little mechanical ability. I did mine according to the Burwell instructions. It is much smoother and has trigger pull of four pounds 12 ounces. Its much easier than a revolver to do a trigger job on!

I did the Burwell trigger job on my M&P40 and M&P357. The result is one of the finest DAO triggers you will ever feel. I also own a M&P9 Pro Series that comes with the Performance Center sear. The Burwell trigger job gives a very close approximation of the P/C package, but with a smoother action.
