M&P15 OR forearm size

[Caribou Migration]

What is the correct size tactical quad rail forearm to replace the factory plastic forearm on a M&P15 OR? I don't want to change the barrel or picatinny gas block that is on the gun. I see them advertised as carbine lenght, mid length, 4/15, 6.7 inches and 7 inches.
