M&P40 issues the last few years...

I am looking to pick up a used M&P 40 full size shortly. Are there any considerations or problems since say 2006 that I should be aware of with the pistol that may be fixed/improved in the newer production models?

None that I'm aware of. Early M&P 40's had problems with magazines falling out but they fixed that.
