M&P9 Shield Plus add-on

Ordered one of the new Performance Center ported Slide/Barrel assemblies from S&W for my 9mm Shield Plus. They did an excellent job on the finish....this one is kind of a dark gray matte. Has a yellow tritium sight in front and a "U" shaped notch at the rear, and is cut for an optic.
These new 4 inch ported slide/barrel combinations are available in various colors, and fit all the models of the Shield 9mm.

I've been considering the longer slide. And was looking as well.

Yes sir. They have additional items on the website now, including threaded barrels and add on slides in different colors.

I really like that but it costs more than I paid for my Shield Plus

That's a nice slide/barrel kit, and I'm glad that you're happy with it. I left my PC Shield Plus pretty much stock because I've been very pleased with it as is. However, I did add some Talon slide tape for better grip when racking, and I changed out the tiny S&W safety lever for one that was a bit larger and more like a 1911. This is my primary EDC rig...includes a Sticky pocket holster and pocket clip for my extra 13 rd. mag. Enjoy!

Safety was purchased from [email protected]. I found his product referenced on YouTube. Small business, but the safety is very well made and easy to use. ~$70, and I installed it myself.

Bought a 4" Performance Center slide and put it on my Shield Plus, it was cut for an optic K footprint. Set it up tonight, hope to shoot it later this week.
