I bought mine (both FS and compact) from 44mag.com and they show stock on the 9c version with and w/o the FR extension for a good price.

Also saw they have the M&P 9 for $399, which is a lot less than what I paid for mine!!

I ordered mine this last Wednesday, 10:30pm and had a response within a half hour, telling me it would be in the mail the next day. I'll probably have them tomorrow.

at my local gun shops this is what Ive ran into
Gander Mountain.......$60 for .40sw mags
Ive seen from $38 to $30 new at other local gun shops
The one shop I go to alot have slightly used 9mm and 40sw mags for $25.
$25 isnt bad at all and the dont look used at all. When I got them took them home took them apart cleaned and checked them and re-assembled them. There just like new.
jw - can we replace the spring thats inside the mags when the wear out?

Went to gander mountain for a 17 rd for my m&p9c they were 59.99 no lie
I bought my M&P mags on-line from G&R Tactical for $25 each. I ordered 3 9mm mags and 1 40s&w/357sig mag and paid $106 delivered. They are the same oem S&W mags that come with the pistols. Not a bad price in my opinion.
